I travel to Japan often and use sushi restaurants in Japan as my reference for comparison of freshenss, taste and service. We have personally eaten at these U.S. restaurants before recommending them.

Any Nobu restaurant is on my list! We have eaten at Nobu Las Vegas, Hawaii and in Tokyo. Below is a link to the Nobu restaruant web site. Nobu Las vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel is a realy Loud atmosphere (hard rock theme influenced I guess). You need to talk directly in the waiter's ear to get you order understood but it's real fun there! Nobu Waikiki is fantastic. My wife and I took her parents there once and was perfect. Nobu Tokyo is far more economical than you could possibly imagine and the food is always beyond expectations! |
